Orienteering Competition Summary Highlights

On Saturday, October 27th a group of Troop 746 scouts participated in the Orienteering Competition held at the Jug Bay Natural Area in Patuxent River Park.  Ian L. and Mike C. placed in the top 25 in their age category.  The rest of the team did very well too and all the boys enjoyed the challenge.  The scouts who competed included Ian L., Mike C., Casey C., Nicholas B., Darius P., Jake W., Sam V. Overall, 568 youth from 73 different units (boy scouts, girl scouts, and venturing) participated. Overall the troop did very well considering the age group pairings.
